The new monthly recap for paid supporters will be the place where I share some stories that really stood out to me over the following month. It’s not a comprehensive breakdown of every tech story from that period — but an attempt to point out pieces and maybe even issues that weren’t in the daily tech discourse that I thought might pique your interest. Before we get to it, just a few things I was up to this past month. I was on CBC’s The National and Al Jazeera’s The Take to talk about the tech industry’s relationship to Donald Trump. I recently talked to Chris Gilliard on Tech Won’t Save Us about a new posthumous book by David Golumbia called Cyberlibertarianism, while Brian Merchant and I have continued breaking down tech news on System Crash.
Now, to the recap!
